Rice and Artichoke Salad
A cold salad that blends rice, marinated artichoke hearts, and curry into an absolutely delicious dish. Serves 6.
2 – 6 Ounce Jar Marinated Artichoke Hearts
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise (or to your liking)
1/2 Cup Green Onions, Chopped
Ingredients: Long grain rice enriched with thiamine mononitrate, niacin, iron, salt, maltodextrin, sugar, dextrose, whey, hydrolyzed corn gluten and soy protein, natural flavors. Not more than 2% silicon dioxide added as an anti-caking agent, spice extractive, disodium inosinate, citric acid, spices and herbs.
